Shipping & Returns

We ship wines twice a month, on approximately the 1st and 15th.

Extreme heat and cold may adversely affect the wine. As carriers do not insure against heat and cold damage, we do not reimburse for it. We can store the wine at our facility until a favorable shipping window arises.

Aside from heat and cold damage, we are happy to refund any flawed bottle not related adverse storage conditions outside of our care. Please email us at hello@wiliamlanewine.com to request a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
